Just had this same kit installed and really like it so far, only problem is I think the rear springs are too soft. With just one full size dirt bike in the back the rear suspension is almost touching the bump stops. Really like the look but I still need to be able to use the truck as well.

Yeah thats definitely the issue i'm worried about, I need to be able to put weight in the back and use it like a truck every once in awhile....

All you need is a pair of AirLift 1000 helpers if you need to haul/tow anything. $90 quick fix

Slip the empty/compressed bag inside your spring and inflate.
Simply add as much air as you need to level your load with a pump/air compressor.

I had the Firestone version of those bags in my truck. They didn't make it through the winter. Both bags cracked on the bottom, only 4 months old. I think there have been a few others with the same problem, but I think it may only be in the colder climates.

Yes, but you can deflate and squeeze them in if you like...

The Firestone air helpers were on recall and that is why we went with the same manufacturer as BlackRamHemi. (We are also on a 2/4 BellTech drop and love it!) With the bags in place, I have towed a car, hauled a bed full of wood for our pergola and just yesterday I hauled a bed full of bricks. I merely added 45 lbs of air to the bags (which was far more than I needed) and the ride home was great. Never knew I had anything in the bed.
As far as the drivability or ride of the lowered Rams, my truck does phenominal. There is no "skating" or loss of control in the rear. It hugs the road and corners better. Now if you go over a pot hole or something that size, yes, the rear does feel stiffer.
End belief: If I had to do it all again, I would do the exact same thing. Thoroughly impressed.

After being told the air lift 1000 would not work because of the 4" drop I called air lift and got the correct part # for the belltech springs. They asked for the inside diameter and ride height of the spring to determine the right bag dimensions.

The correct part # is 61741 for the belltech rear springs, ordered yesterday will update after install. Do not order the off the shelf kit for the oem springs.
