Default Double DIN in standard '07

My '07 has the standard 1.5 DIN radio with Sirius. I know I can buy the 2 DIN dash bezel off ebay for approx $100. Do I need anything else to mount a double DIN unit like a mounting bracket or anything else? I can get the wiring harness/adapter from Crutchfield or somewhere else if cheaper.
I'm looking at this unit http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PU...on/AVIC-Z130BT

Here's a link to the bezel http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/DODGE...Q5fAccessories

I've put a head unit in a few other vehicle so I figure I can handle this install myself. Thinking Sirius, iPod control, HD radio, and a back-up camera. I'll be waiting to upgrade the factory amp and speakers for a few months (baby due any day).

Thanks for your help.

You will also need a double-din mounting kit, it's about $10 and it's just the mounting bracket that screws to the side of the head unit. Looks like you've got everything else covered, I'm in the same boat as you, installing the 2-din in my '07

You gonna need an antenna adapter and wiring harness, and like Kurtis said the double din mounting kit to fill the gap around the deck..

Will the factory Sirius antenna and receiver work with a replacement unit?

Yes and no. You can use the factory antenna, but not the sirius box. You will need to get the Sirius tuner specified by the headunit you go with. If you decide to stay with the factory antenna (which is what I did), you will have to take the plastic protector off of the cable to make it work. See pic for plastic piece.

Thanks for all the help guys. Now I just need to get the wife to let me spend the money for one. Any preferences on which unit? I like the features on the Pioneer Avic Z120 but the price is pretty steep.

Good to know what my setup will look like It's all sitting at home waiting for me to put it in when I get home in 2 weeks. I got the 4300DVD as well, can't wait. But I'm amazed at $530; seperately, I paid $110 for the bezel, $80 for the harnes, $10 for the dash kit and $5 for the adapter.

Unfortunately Crutchfield no longer offers the Ram Nav dash so I'll have to buy it separately off eBay.
