Exclamation Intro with a question

Hello fellow dodge fanatics.
I want to say hello to a loyal band of members here on this site, but with it comes a question as well. I am a soldier in the army and was on my way to the unit and when I started my truck I noticed that I had a slight skip in the engine, and as I was driving it was bad almost like a dead spot in the throttle as you were gaining speed. there is no dtc's and well all the ignition componants are rather new. I rebuilt this engine from bottom up 70 thousand miles ago, and I am just at a lost for what is wrong. I have re-routed the plug wires as the Tb said to do, and I am still having an issue. I have no loss in power, but it is rather annoying to have a studdering truck with no dtc's to help me find the issue. I had noticed prior that between 40 and 50 I had a bit of a hicup in the engine when driving in that speed range. I am thinking that this was a problem that has just finally reached its peak and decided to bite me with a all the time hicup. So if you know of anything I would much appricate your time.

That's going to be tough to diagnose. Could be fuel pressure dropping out, an intermittent sensor fault such as a crank position or MAP sensor, throttle position sensor, an ignition problem or a mechanical problem like a sticking valve.

Well I am quite sure its not a striking valve, This only happens when its damp outside, today its dry and the truck is running fine go figure. I am curious that maybe my distrib may be bad but its new which is troubling me. good ol napa auto parts right ha ha. I am not sure though I am going to check it out and see whats what. The fuel pressure hmm I have a tester though and I will check that because well I still have a hicup between certian speeds.

If it only happens when it's wet outside, that makes me think it's electrical.
