Default 2011 front Headrest uncomfortable

Just got my 2011 RAM, the headrest are rather uncomfortable, they extend too far forward. My wife (navigator) is not please.

I moved the rear to the front and that seems to work. Any other suggestions?

Agree. I did that for our test drive. Salesman said he liked it but could not recomend it.

I did that in our 09 as the first mod, been like that since. We like. Don't have to run with the seat reclined to keep your chin out of your chest. Check with wrecking yards for rear replacements.

Enjoy your new truck and make it your own with the mods YOU like.

Good idea ! I don't like the headrests in my 08 either so I bought aftermarket ones with DVD monitors in them and they're a lot better.

Lol they put them like that so when you get rear ended you dont get either whiplash or in severe cases your brain stem doesn't detach. I'd leave it... They really should not be called headrests. That implys comfort. They are a safety device not a luxury.

I noticed they are very close to the back of my head but I really don't think your meant to actually rest your head on them while driving...I'd be that much closer to a deep sleep......lol... This 2011 truck rides so well compared to my past 2005 and 2008....
