ok so yeah i know i screwed up by not taking off the sensor first. so i pulled the sensor off without taking it off how do i fix this?

Looks like the IAT to me. You need a new connector. You can salvage one or get the dealer to order a repair kit.

The IAT input is such a small part of the fuel equation that you likely won't notice a difference. You'll be ok until you can repair it.
