The shudder isnt fixed yet. I dont think it is just with the DSP on though. My truck acted like it was confused when I floored it before the DSP as well.

He did tell me that the Diablo Sport Trinity is not as good as it sounds. You still have to turn the vehicle off to change major settings, however, some changes can be done on-the-fly!

Downfall with Diablo Sport is that you need a separate module ($50) to hook it up to the Computer to update and install new tunes. But top of the line from what I understand. especially if you plan on alot of mods! Alot more options you can change with Diablo Sport.

I guess it all depends on what you want out of it. I can give you more info after I test the Predator.
Hate to say it but you won't be able to hook his tuner up to your truck if he has already used it to tune his. The first time the tuner is hooked up to the vehicle it downloads the vin and cannot be used on any other vehicles unless the manufacturer resets the tune, and that of coarse is not free. I think I read somewhere they charge like $120 to reset a tuner.

That information is wrong. People sale tuners all the time and as long as the tuner is not married to a vehicle then you can put it on another one.

Thats what I just said if he has used the tuner on another vehicle it will be married to that vehicle. If that is the case diablosport must reset the tuner which unless you have a very good reason is not free.

Dude if he has used the tuner on another vehicle and then takes it OFF that vehicle then it is not married anymore. It can then be used on another vehicle. You dont have to pay diablosport anything unless the idiot that sold it to you doesnt remove his information from it.

All he has to do is remove the tune from his vehicle, and restore the factory settings to un-marry the tuner. Then it can be used to tune the new truck. When done, return to mfr settings and then the original vehicle can be tuned.

You can go back and forth all you want, you just can't have two vehicles tuned with the same tuner at the same time.

You guys are right sorry I mis-read some information comming from the place I bought mine from when I had problems with mine. I ordered the one for car's with a hemi on accident and they didn't want to take it back at first because I plugged it in and they told me they were afraid it would be locked and couldn't be resold.
