Default Bestop BestRail or American Work Cover + toolboxes

I am selling the hard tonneau cover off of my truck and looking to replace it with something more modular that can fit around loads and such.

This Bestop BestRail system has caught my eye. It has rails that are mounted to the truck bed and you have adjustable connection points for tie-downs as well as a sectioned hard top that fits (and tool trays).

Does anyone have any experience with these? Are they cheap and flimsy? I rarely exceed the 500lb rating of the rails, but sometimes I do. I guess theres always the factory tie downs.

I also really like the American Work Cover, The toolbox storage I want with hardtop built in. But it is very pricey. If the quality is there, its worth it but if its not forget it.

I am really looking for somewhere to store the towing/recovery things that is not all under my backseat. None of the standard toolboxes are anything worth looking at. I don't want to throw all my junk in a big (not too pretty) box and expect it to stay nice. Plus it takes up lots of room in the bed.

Anyone come across any 'out-of-the-box' toolboxes or secure bed storage? I want something that blends in and can stay organized. Smooth aluminum preferably. What is the obsession with treadbrite? Yea it looks cool on some things but for a WHOLE FREAKING TOOLBOX!? Whyyyyy?

I've never seen or heard of either one of those. The American Work Cover looks like the real deal and really handy. The other kinda looks just not as sturdy, but you'd have to see it in person to really tell.

I know Bakflip makes something similar to that with their tri-fold covers. They call it a bak-box that slides down the rails that the cover attaches to. But I highly doubt it's rated near 500 pounds or meant for HD use.
