Default 2011 Ram quad cab flat floor

My 20011 Quad cab does NOT have the flat load floor. For those of you that remember... (My wife's idea) I traded in my 2007 1500 regular cab for this new quad cab so that MY PUPPIES had a comfortable safe place to ride with me. After taking a ride with my 2 puppies today I have finally decided that the flat floor accessory is something my boys would appreciate. Price for this is freaking nuts, from just under $300.00 to well over that. Anyone have a line on one that is affordable?

This is COMET he is now 5 months old.

This is SWAY he is now 4 months old.

Can't help but you've got my vote for cutest puppies ever.

BTW Sway's got a goatee going and some rock star spiky hair. I like his style

My Norwegian Elk Hound seems very happy riding on the fold down cargo floor in my truck. Cute dogs, I'm sure they will like the new floor!

I have to ask, does your passenger side rear seat raise up?
is there a huge speaker & amp in the floor storage under that seat? or is it an empty storage pocket, like under the drivers side rear seat?

I have the 60/40 rear seat
Look for elasticized straps with snaps, you should see them towards the front of the back seats, they also to be unsnapped

WOW, i didn't know that they were made of pure Gold

LOL pure gold is right. Mine has the full bench, the whole thing raises up it's not the 60/40. Worse comes to worse I'll fab something out of MDF and cover it with black automotive carpet.

That's basically all the Mopar thing is. A $300 piece of plywood with carpet.

Why would you want to have access to the cup holders if you want a flate floor? Seems like something a dog would trip on.

I have the fold down flat floor, and I LOVE it (use it all the time, including for my dogs), but I have never understood that either. If no one sits back there, why would you need the cup holders?

Since the floor is not one pc, someone can sit back there and have part of the floor flat at the same time on the other half. Just like in the picture above. Someone sitting behind the driver still has cup holder beside him. Yes it is kinda dumb but I'd bet that was their reasoning. Probably didn't give the dog's feet falling into them any consideration.

All you would have to do is put something over the holes before you fold the floor to keep the dog's foot from falling in it. Maybe even a pc of cardboard since it would have to be thin.
