Default Levelling kit or Bilsteins

I want to install some 35's on my truck.Which would be the best way to go,a levelling kit or Bilsteins. I do a bit of off-roading nothing serious.

Take Platinuminjected's advice you won't regret it. you'll get a levelled truck AND better ride and handling.

Yep I agree with the above. I have had both the spacer and 5100s as a level for my truck. I hands down would recommend the 5100s to anyone that wants to level the truck. If you are going to do some off roading then they will be great for you. They also make bigger tires handle better which is awesome out of a leveling kit.

Sorry but you cant take there advise. The 5100 is a great shock but they dont make a ride height adjustable shock for 2500's.
2500 has a solid front axle with coil springs so you'll have to go with a leveling spring or a leveling spacer.
You can actually keep you stock shocks with a leveling kit, spring or spacer, but an extended shock will help with a better ride.

While we are on the subjet of a level on the 2500, can i throw in a question too?? I have a 04 2500 hd and i had thought about leveling it but when i did the measurements the front was at 40in and the rear at 41in. All the levels i see say for 2-2.5in front level. obviously i am guessing i dont need these(i had seen the hell bent steel level kit). is there something i'm missing here? thx guys

Thanks for the help guys. I quess I will have to go for the levelling kit. Does anybody have any any thoughts on the Truxx leving kits. It seems to be the most common around here where I live.

Where did you measure from? You need to measure from the center of the axle to the lip of the wheel well. Also what opitions/motor do you have in your truck? The weight of the motor shouldnt make much of a difference but you may have a TRX4 or maybe a plow package that gives you a taller spring.
Truxx are way to expensive for a spacer in my opinion. I have a Hell Bent Steel 2" and am extremley happy with it. $65 shipped
It actually sits a little higher in the front then the back now with the 2" spacer but you cant tell (like .5" or .75" I think)
