Default Turn signal housing

Having trouble removing the front turn signal housings. Any tricks to it? The haynes and chilton manuals have useless illustrations. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if you just want the signal out there is a screw between the bumper and lens on the side of the truck. remove that then pull the lens out the front.

if you want to remove what is holding the lens in place you will have to remove the bumper. its the black thing that also mounts your headlights.

Yeah it will pull straight out the front. The light slides into a channel and the screw just keeps it from sliding out.
