This was kind of funny. I was watching the obvious ford bias and they were winding up the Hemi saying it was doing nothing. They say they have it floored and the truck was doing nothing but I was watching the speedometer go up and up while it was doing "nothing". The funny thing is that everything to them is worse like head room, shoulder room yada yada, leaf springs for the win, Blech. I LOVE my coil 4 link rear and especially throwing bags on it for towing it would do just fine.

And that's a dyno tune.
I dont know if it was Dyno Tune, probably just a run...but That Graph reads about a 10 HP Gain, maybe 15 ft.lb Torque Gain,
which is totally on par for a tuner on a 5.7L Hemi with basic intake/exhaust

There's No Way you get +100 HP increase without forced induction or N20 on a Stock Hemi Ram, sorry guys.

Then the lovely ford. Man they hammer on everything but how wonderful that ford is. The funny thing is that the Toyota, Dodge, and Ford are all pretty closely matched it comes down to creature comforts and the little things.

I liked the wheel slip comment which is funny that they brag that the wheels are spinning while pulling a trailer. Just what I'd want to do...

And one last thing, why doesn't ford put it up against the GMC 1500 Denali pickup @ 403hp and 417 ft lbs when its in the same class.

GMC would probably kill the little ford that could.

blackramhemi, It does look by that curve that he picked up around 50hp max gain, and like you said about 10hp peak gain. I'm more interested in the gain under the curve at the lower rpm's than peak. My truck for example, I think with superchips I gain like 15 or 20hp peak, but 50hp max (around 3000rpm) and I'd rather have it at the lower rpm than higher, for normal everyday driving.

Really?, I see each yellow square is a 10 hp / 10 ft.lbs increment. (numbers on left/right margins)

I don't see a 5 square Gap anywhere between parallel lines at the peaks.

I still say its a 10hp-15tq gain at the peaks of both runs

A "Good" Dyno chart should have the "Actual" numbers clearly listed somewhere like this :

I dont think it's fair or accurate to randomly pick points along two different curves LOL!
Your stock vs tuned HP rpm's are almost 1000 rpm apart Dude
Peak numbers are typically used for comparisons
That's why most Dyno sheets print an actual PEAK # at the Top, like the one I posted from a 2010 Hemi above

Wow, lookie here a 90HP Gain from Stock to Tuned! LOL! See what I did there?

THIS is what I mean by fair peak comparisons: 10 HP gain, 15 ftlb Torque gain ...

...The comparison I made, the +60hp was at the same rpm...

2700 rpm = 50hp stock
2700 rpm = 110hp tuned

I don't see how that's not a fair comparison, it really doesn't get any fairer than that....

That is a MAX gain though, not PEAK gain. I agree with you on the peak gain numbers.

I see that, and yes it does hit 250TQ about 250 rpm sooner which is a good thing, but nearly negligible (fraction of a second in real time) IMHO

I find the start of a run seems inconsistent unless you make multiple runs with identical throttle pressure and your timing is similar when you hit the button during the run.
When I had mine done the pro had to paddle the throttle to keep it from down shifting to 2nd prime.

ended up doing a 4th gear pull because 3rd was nearly impossible to hold, and the run would have been too short.
