Default High quality video diagnosis over my front end

Check out the video below, and let me know what you think.

My brand new tires sort of have coupling on the front outer sides. Only slightly, i think this is from turning. Could my video explain this issue?

Is the rack bad? Or is it just the inner? My steering feels slightly off sometimes When turning. Also I get a truck sway side to side motion sometimes in the front end. Are my ball joints bad? I have everything in the video. Let me know what you think.

Loose tie rods aren't a problem unless there is play while pushing in and pulling out on it. Same thing for the sway bar end links and ball joints. All are ball and socket joints so rotational looseness isn't a big concern. It's the in/out movement that indicates a worn out part.

Thank you! I'll go check the inner tie rods again. Ball joints seem pretty good still. However, as soon as one goes Im doing them all.
