Question Halo Projector Headlight Issue. Has anyone else had this?

So I followed one of my buddies to work this morning and he said that there is an issue with my left headlight. He stated that the left headlight will get really bright then it will dim down and start doing a "twinkle like a star" flashing effect. The right headlight, he stated, is completely normal. Has anyone else that this issue?

This happens with some HIDs; it's caused by voltage surges in the stock harness. To rectify this you just install a capacitor in-line with the power wire and should take care of it.

Well I should have mentioned that I am still running stock bulbs, sorry about that. I haven't done a HID conversion. But would that even matter if I have done a HID conversion or not?

If it is the flicker effect, then how come only one light is doing it and not both?

because of the way the step is on the projector and the way the car in front of you is seeing it. it could be that one of your headlights is aimed higher than the other too.
