Default Pciked up a 01 Ram, 5.2 motor what do I need to know????

Picked up a clean as a tac 01 Ram with the 5.2 motor auto, ext cab 8 ft bed with 92k on the clock. Appears well taken care of. Motor is clean, bottom side of truck is clean, shifts firm, no smoke at all, quiet motor, no oil leakage anywhere nor trans leakage, rear end is quiet, everything works. What are the things to look for that would go bad on this truck?

How good are the motor and trans in the truck I have? The truck clearly looks WELL KEPT, so I'd put the house on the truck being well taken care of.

Plenum pan gaskets, transmissions and the front suspension/steeringare the biggest concerns on these trucks.

Plenum pan gaskets??? What is that? What should I be looking for, leaks I assume?
Trans I have to assume is orig. The fluid on dipstick is not a nice red but it is not brown nor burnt smelling. It does shift fine, firm, no studdering or sliding into gfesr type of stuff.
The front end does need a alignment. So perhaps some of the front end issues are present.
Well it has been taken care of. It I buffed out the rims and the clouded healights I would put it up to a new one as far as cleanness.

The plenum pan gasket is what seals the intake plenum pan to the intake itself. Original gaskets are made of paper and are notorious for blowing and causing internal oil leaks, consumption and misfires. Redesigned gaskets are metal and don't have this problem.

I have no clue if mine has been replaced. Is there a way to tell? If it has not went by now, at 92k, will it sooner then later?
Is this a repair I can do myself? I can do brakes, done a drop the pan and change out the filter type of job on a trans. Change alt's and the like.

Hey isn't Johnson City out past I think it is Waverly TN? Up I-40 west off take RT13 north out that way? I say this because I spent several years out in Perry county TN. Lived in Lobelville for several years and worked for Bates Corp there.

JC is in the northeast corner of the state about 25 miles or so from the VA state line.
