Default Door Lock Knobs

Hello, have 4th gen Ram and saw that the Laramies have chrome lock knobs. Does anybody know how they come out? Usually they just screw off. I started to try to remove, but didn't want to jack the knob up. I figure I can order the Laramie knobs, just need to know how to swap.

Thanks

Default lock knobs

They just unscrew from there about 3/4",had to use pliers..,than pull them out..the bezel around it will come off,it holds the plastic nut, than just screw in the new ones.I got mine from Billetdepot.com.

Some cool doo-dads on that sight. Owning this truck is expensive! I saw the billet aluminum door pins (knobs) in a larimie and they looked really good. Oh well, ordering a mufflex system, whats a few more dollars!

No they don't rattle, the base ring is rubber and holds them in place pretty well. I just used the billet pins I had in my '04. Had to enlarge the hole a tad in the rubber ring, so froze them then drilled them out one size larger.
