i may remake this pipe without the welds and just do 1 solid 3 inch pipe. also another thing to note is that this does not use bolts but another smaler mendral bent 5/8s stainless pipe to use the stock "buttons" of the air box to hold it up and stop side to side movement. the welds on the pipe did not use any filler execpt on the "bead" used to stop the pipe from coming off the throtle body and filter from sliding down. and another place was used was the input for the map senser as we had to custom make this becuase the stock map sensor is not threaded like an aem sensor that we are use to.

any questions feel free to ask
ps will also have another thread shortly on my single 4inch exhaust.

Not bad dude, you should also look into making turbo manifolds for imports..You could make some serious cash! I know I would buy one if I still had my Prelude.

making manifolds is not worth any1s time anymore with ebay and ppl not willing to pay 1000 bucks for well made manifolds. to be honest they take so much time i dont even have aftermarket manis on my stealth. i would sell these but no one is going to pay the money and time it took to make. me and my friend were talking and time spent welding bending and welding pipe would be in the 200 range plus filter. not cheap compare to alot thats out there. this is the problem with the aftermarket world anymore. company makes X part costs Y amount of money for testing research dyno time ect. then company D comes along uses cheap materials and under costs just the costs in half and all made in china insted of canada or US. this is also the reason my shop is closed now. luckly my freinds mandrel shop is doing very well atm.
