You most definitely need to find yourself a new place to change your oil and other things. A 2011 with sludge????BULLSHIT. I buy my own oil and filter and take it to a quick change place. They charge me $20.00 for labor. If you use Redline or Amsoil synthetic and change it at 8k miles you will never have any sludge. You don't need any fuel additives either. About once every six months run a tank of high test 93 octane gas thru it.

Yeah i think so to, I did not do my first service at my dealership i bought my truck at as it is further from my house so I did it at the one closer to my house , and now i know why I did not buy my truck at it because they were scammers lol.

Before the Ram i was looking into a jeep wrangler the 11s and after half hour of test driving and then pricing they price me a 2010 because they had it in stock , which worked out because I got to go check out the RAM

Default Additives

If you buy that bunk, about additives, then I have a good used bridge for sale. However Dodge parts does have a fuel injector cleaner.
I worked for awhile as a Dodge service writer and we got a commission, along with the mechanics to up sell parts and accessories to customers, even if they didn't need it. Didn't like doing that, so I just worked hourly, worked for about a year for that dealership and quit.

I'm on the BS wagon here. There is no reason for additives with modern oil...at all! Find someplace else to service your truck if they advocate an addtive; you are being ripped off!
