Default Fuel Trims, short/long seems out of whack

My truck decided to slap me in the face once again with a catalyst effeciency code. I have been looking for information on fuel trims of what the ranges should be but all i have read have been mixed with different opinions. I have checked for injector leaks, manifold leaks, etc, etc. Ive also ran my hand down to the exhuast pipes but couldnt feel any leaks. I do know I have a fuel leak at the pump seal or cracked, the Valley fills up with fuel and spills over if I fill up, though Im not getting any evap codes. Maybe someone could fill me in if this is normal or abnormal. To mention I have noticed a significant mpg drop to 8mpg in town. but highway is averaging 19-20. Also to mention the when giving throttle I can hear the TB sucking a heavy amount of Air that almost sounds similar to a loose or broken vacuum hose/tube. if anymore information is needed I will do my best to post accurately as I can.

Default MPG Still Dropping,

I just filled up today and noticed after calculations I am pushing 7mpg which is not good. today disabled the mechanical fan and have sprayed propane gas around all injectors and around the intake manifold. There was no change in idle. I have no codes on the DTC/MIL codes. By looking at the fuel trims is that normal or am I running rich?
