We just returned from a trip to Las Vegas where we visited Zappos Corporate Headquarters to tour their campus and get some insight from one of the best customer support teams in the world on how to better serve our customers.
These guys literally wrote the book on delivering happiness and they were kind enough to share advise and ideas with our team. Seeing the extent this group goes to in order to please people was very eye opening and we can not wait to implement some of these techniques with our own customers.
We are constantly striving to learn how to better service our customers and this trip was very helpful in doing just that.
The staff members at Zappos were awesome, they were a pleasure to be around... they were a hoot! Here is a photo of these guys cutting up.
