Hey guys I want to remove my stock clutch fan.What is the best solution for this?What electric fan is best for this replacement? thanks

well last year for the frist time I heard a electric fan go on for the ac didnt even know it was there use my tuner and found out it was set for high temp so it never went on till a very hot 100 degree day so I change the temp too 202 my truck runs around 203 to 204 all summer that help cool it and the fan ran more allso on my tuner you can set it to run all the time if you want so on a hot mouth I do that it keeps it around 202 in the city just a cheep fix and I m looking into putting a 180 degree t stat this summer hope this helps ya alittle

all you need is a 180 t-stat and a hand-held programmer to change your fan on/off settings. really easy mod.

I've been running mine this way for 6 months now and the highest I've seen the temp is 186. and that was sitting in traffic with 90 degree temps outside. it usually stays in the high 170s to low 180s.
