Default Window buffeting at highway speeds

Noticed some drivers side window buffeting today while cruising on the freeway at about 70mph. I don't think it was a crosswind situation but the buffeting was showing up with a little bit of door shake, only at speeds around 70 mph. Would installing a window vent visor deflect the wind away from the window and stop this? Is the buffeting common at that speed, maybe some lift off the window? Don't due alot of freeway travel and this was the first trip with the truck, (191 miles at 65-70 and 19mpg). Could the door or window need to be adjusted? The passenger side didn't seem quite as pronounced but I wasn't sitting on that side. It's a new to me 52,000 mile 05 1500 4 x 2.

My passenger side does it at around the same speed. Its because of the weatherstripping. Mine will actually drip water if its raining and im on the highway. Its the weather stripping thats the problem. If you pull on the window frame it'll stop.
Putting a piece of weather stripping around the window frame should fix it

My truck and my uncles 03' do this at highway speeds. I just kinda pulled on the top of the window frame and so did he and it bent it just enough to keep a tighter seal.

I believe there was a weatherstripping recall or something on 03's but I'm not sure about other years

I think I remember that my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi 4 x 4 5.7 had a small piece of weather stripping at the leading edge of the door frame on the door itself. My 1500 ST has zero weather stripping tape on the door. Am I remembering that right? Would a piece of weather stripping tape on the door solve this issue?

I would imagine so. Just something to help the seal.
