Default Small green light in console

Ok here is my problem, I want to change this dumb little green light in the center next to the map lights as well as the one on the bottom that lights up the little tray in the center console when you turn lights on. The lights run constant with the havc lights that light up the instruments which is also green gerrrr. My question is does anyone know if its a componet L.E.D. light? or what size is the bulbs are? and finally is it a 12volt socket they go into. I also want to change the hvac lights for the instuments as well if anyone knows any specs on what to buy and where etc... etc... . I hate not knowing what exactly the wording these lights are called and really fustrated not knowing size, what bulb, and voltage. In need of detail before i go nutz.

I changed out the light in the map upper console. I simply centered a 5mm LED light in orange to match my interior color scheme. It looks like a McDonalds Fry Warmer light but add's ambiance to the intrerior.

Well the light on the console right at the bottom of the bezel used to green on mine I knocked out the green plastic that is over the bulb so that might be a clue if it is led or not but you can take the wire out of that area and hide it up in the dash somewhere if you cannot remove it, but it does come off the bezel. pretty easy removal just do a search.

i changed those lights all for red replacements. the center green light can be replaced with a 5mm led and i used red bulbs from canadian tire to replace the two overhead lights, and a red led cluster to replace the backseat int light....

Cool

banging my head on this trend.... man everywhere i go to have someone tell me they have no idea what im talking about, or will not ,does not do that kind of work, but they were willing to replace the whole dash if i wanted to " i bet they would". Anyway thanks for the insite you are the first person to actually say what size the bulbs are in the truck. Can i ask if all the bulbs are 5mm behind the dash???? or was it just for the bulbs that were next to the map lights? my main goal is to find the size and shape so i can order some and how many do i need and what kind of bulb becaussse there are several wierd shaped componet leds out there. I can worrry how im gonna get the dash off after i know what im ordering i want blue in color for mine. Pullling bunches of hair out at companies who say they do truck accessories......... when they say ohhh we dont do that and dont know what your talking about but you can do your own research, i just wanted to deck him one right there.
