How much highway driving do you do? The 14" has a lot of drone that intrudes into the cab. I will go with an 18" or 24" can when I replace mine. Had the 14 on my last truck, it sounded great byt by the end of the first hour on the road I wished I had a different set up.

I went with the 14" Magnaflow. I just put that on my 07 QC. I removed the big muffler and the rear resonator. I think the trick is to leave the front resonator in to cut the noise a little.

Bought off Ebay (Hope its ok to post listing):
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Dodge...Q5fAccessories

Truck rumbles at idle and sounds awesome when you gun it, then when you are on the highway or up to speed, its just a little louder than stock.

I put over 25K miles on my truck every year and most is highway. If it was any louder it would annoy the heck out of me.

With mine, you can definitely have a conversation in the car without issues, and actually inside the cab, my CAI is almost louder than the exhaust most of the time.

Also, the MDS drone was not bad at all.. Though I did turn MDS off with my DSP.

here is a link for a muffler that is supposed to be the same as a MAGNAFLOW 12198 14 inch muffler. cant beat the price so I ordered one cant wait to see how it sounds.

I went with the magnaflow 18 and left the resonators on. IMO it sounds just right but I wasnt looking for super loud. It has a nice deep smooth tone that doesn't become over bearing in the cab. Sounds great at start up and when you get on it. While cruising the tone is nice and mellow. Just my 2 cents cause I went threw tons of video clips before I did mine and it's hard to tell just based on that. Good luck with your choice
