Mine does the opposite. Pedal goes all the way to the floor before it decides to stop. It's not stiff at all. It's spongy.

The recall was to replace a flange in the brake line. I got my recall notice about a week after I bought the truck last fall.

update: cylinder failed, replaced it, left dealer 1st time, got across street, and brakes failed again(leaking line, spraying fluid all over fender) went back, fixed it.

which brings me to now: drove 45 miles home, and lost all brakes again.

full of fluid, i dont see no leaks, no pedal hardly at all. only stops when it gets to floor.

Spongy usually means air is in the line(s). Full bleed of all four corners is where I'd start first to eliminate that possibility. BTW, did anything happen just before this recently? 4-Wheeling or puddle jumping or adding of brake fluid or ???

I agree, it sounds like air in the lines. If you have gotten the fluid really hot, I would think the dealership would have drained the old fluid from the system and then bled the brakes after replacing the MC, but who knows. I would drain the system just in case there is water, which won't compress like brake fluid, or air in the lines. Then top it off and bleed the system.

If you don't feel comfortable, call the dealership, have them tow it in, and then watch them to make sure they do it.

thats terrible, any chance, you somehow got some greese or oil on your disks?
My 2009's brakes have been super, smooth, quiet, no fade, no brake dust either, and they stop very well, only exception is the first application after leaveing the car wash, then they are alittle slow to stop...
