If you do that then you will gain 5" of lift. It will be pretty high since 5" is quite a bit of lift. It will look good with the 35s which is good. I dont know if cranking the torsion bars would be a good idea.....cause if you find them then your suspension is messed up. You have a 2007 Ram which has struts up front. You would need a spacer or you can get the Bilstein 5100s for a better lift. I would say not to do a 2" block in the rear maybe a 1". The 2" would give you the stock rake look, the 1" would make it look pretty level. When the truck is level it actually look taller for some reason. If you like the rake then I guess you could do the 2" in the rear.

I recently installed the Bilstein 5100 leveling shocks on my 07 and put them on the highest setting. It gave me much more lift in the front than I expected, now I am currently trying to decide what size blocks to put in the rear. I would recommend the Bilsteins!

Bilsteins are leveling shocks; at their highest setting they will raise the front of the truck 2.5"
Since you already have a leveling kit on your truck, you don't need these; however, if you don't like your kit, or just want some really good shocks, you can switch out the leveling kit you have on there now with the Bilsteins. (The Bilsteins are better for the truck)

And then, whether you keep the leveling kit or switch to the Bilsteins, you can add the 3" body lift.
If I'm not mistaken (and there's a decent chance I might be, lol - Scat, help!) the 3" body lift combined with the level will be about the same as a 5" suspension lift.
A 5" suspension lift is a full 5" in the front, with 3" or so in the back, so the truck sits level.
That will all look really good with 35" tires.

That is pretty much right. My Bilsteins say 2.8" lift on the front. So if you do this and a 3" body it will be like having almost a 6" lift. Can you get us some pics of your cv"s?

One thing to note on the Bilstein 5100s. If you're searching on where to buy you may need to use the old model number. I have a '09 TRX4 and was striking out using the new model number (backordered). Searched using the old model number and found them right away with free shipping on shockwarehouse.com. Now let's just hope they're not backordered there too!
