Default Rust

up here in the snow belt, it seems all the older rams i see are all rusted on the lower doors and around the wheel wells. any body know of a way to prevent this ? automotive protective tape, line-x, although i don't think it would look to good around the wheel wells. any thoughts? tks

Default

Dodge makes what they call rear wheel liners mine has them, real easy to hose off, no metal showing

if i lived where there is snow, mud, & they salt the roads
i would spend the $$$$ & get it undercoated every vehicle in the 50s & 60s had it right from the factory, if the vehicle was to be sold in the north east
