Default Damage report Fenkell repair Help!!!

Well I contacted the dealer about my truck having a damage report status in the "Vehicle Shipment status and History" link. I wanted to see the report on the damage. He told me there wasn't any damage, that my truck was sent to Fenkell repair facility to get the factory bed liner sprayed in. Do they do this? I can't believe that it woud say damage report to have a bed liner sprayed in. How can i find out their telling me the truth? My gut feeling says something isn't right. is there a way to get this report? HELP..

The factory spray in bedliner option is not done at the factory. There are several sites in the U.S. ( Tx, MI ) that perform this service. I'm sure there would be several in Canada also. I would call the Chrysler 800 customer service number to verify. It sounds like the dealer is telling you the true facts.

Here is a link to the Fenkell facility I found on one of the other Dodge forums. You may want to contact Fenkell directly. They repair vehicles that fail to start or are damaged in transit. I ordered the spray in liner and there is no indication that it went through the Fenkell facility.

Dealer says that the damage was so minor there is no report to show, I guess I'll have to take their word for it. Still waiting for my truck . Once it come in I'll give it a thorough inspection.

i wouldn't take there word you payed good money for a new truck!!!!! if its damaged the value is even lower they should either give you money back, start a new order or compensate you for the damage thats just my feelings though

sometimes vehicles leave the factory INCOMPLETED, especially those going into Canada, they are sent to a facility to get the rest of the parts

did you order the expendable tow mirrors or a special tint

Fenkell does tires, auto glass, & alarms normally, but, may do a lot more for manufacturers
