cool thanks again that is pretty cheap i only have one o2 do i need left or right they offer both you put up left

The number of o2 sensors depends on what emissions package you have on the truck, Federal or CA.

Federal emissions has one cat; and one pre-cat and one post cat o2 sensor.

CA emissions has two or three cats, and two pre-cat and two-post cat o2 sensors.

You only need the upstream...if you have CA emissions, you need both; if you have Federal emissions, you need one.

what i am wondering is that will one wire be longer than the other left longer than right or the other way around

all right guys i just ordered the denso o2 sensor from rockauto i also checkedfuel pressure when you turn the key to the on position it reads 48psi when i turn the engine on it bounces from 48 to 52 so i think the fuel pressure is good ill be on later to let you know if the denso solves the problem if not next step check compression i want to thank everyone for the help ive been getting here this is the best fourm on the internet

alright i got the denso o2 sensor on got 2 miles down the highway my reader picked up a misfire no light yet the misfire is starting at #5 I did a compression test all seems normal #'s 2, 4, 6 are all around the 155lbs. range # 5, 3 are at 160 and # 1 is at 150 how long does it take for the new o2 sensor to correct if the other was bad i got about 20miles right now ill be driving to work tomorrow so ill put about 70 miles on round trip any ideas will be greatly appreciated im starting to think fuel injector when i pulled spark plugs to do compression test they was all pretty white they have about 4200miles on them thats lack of fuel right

ok guys i did a view enhanced diagnostics on the pcm with the obdII reader i came up with a P0351 coil A/secondary circuit and a P1282 fuel pump control circuit could this of popped up because of the compression test i did or could this be the reason for the misfire bank 1 issues i pulled the fuel pump relay and the wire on top of the coil pack to do the compression test these codes were not there before
