Wildcat is right, there's a disclaimer in the Owner's Manual to that effect.

Could you post a picture of it? That's exactly what I would like to do on mine.

I would be happy to post a photo, but I have been too busy to learn how to do it on this forum, perhaps someone could quickly give me the steps to do so.... Sorry, or I could possibly e-mail some photos to you... That I know how to do

Can anyone point me in the direction of the factory quick connect harness location? I have a Prodigy 2 brake controller and adapter harness but cannot find the plug on the truck side. I have the factory towing package and know it has it.It has to be under the dash somewhere but I'm unable to locate it. Any suggestions?

On my 2009, you will find a block located to the right of the emergency brake and to the left of the steering colum, under the dash of course, it has approx 4 or so electrical plugs attached to it... The white Prodgy plug goes into the open blue female plug on this black block of plugs.... Hope that helps, very simple hook up once you find it....

Default Prodigy P2 installation in 2010 RAM 1500

I installed my P2 in the filler where the OEM brake controller goes. I cut the top out of the pocket for it to fit. No cosmetic damage, no holes in dash.

I have the Prodigy P2 I transferred over from my previous vehicle. It works flawlessly and is quite smooth and seamless.
