Tough choice. But YOU have to make it!

I prefer the smoked visors and bug guards. I'm not a fan of chrome.

But that don't mean you shouldn't do chrome. You do what you think is gonna look good.

I agree with going dark on your color truck, good choice lol. You have enough chrome to have the accent there, but chrome on the vent visors/bug deflector would be a bit much, IMO.

ok.. here's my personal opinion.... I got a sport, because I don't like chrome, all my accessories are black...
. If you like chrome, you should have got an slt or laramie.. plus, you're not adding chrome, you're adding a plastic piece in replica chrome.

go with black/smoked, please please.. don't do the fake chrome stuff.

I cast a vote for the dark tint. Chrome sure has it's place but at least to me it's always been one of those things that can easily be overdone. One minute it looks great and then add one more little bit of bling and the look is gone. Better to be understated in my book.

I like chrome myself, however, if you have a painted grille, the chrome deflector looks like a weird moustache. I would get the color matched deflector. As far as the vent shades, I've seen chrome on your color truck, and it doesn't look that good in my opinion. I guess it is the mix of the vent shades, body color, and b pillars being 3 different color and all coming together at different levels. What about no vent shades and chrome b pillars? Or if you decide to go with smoke vents, what about removing pillar tape? I agree, chrome is a beautiful accent on white, black, your color, and that darker blue. Also I think the chrome door mouldings make a tasteful chrome accent if you're looking for more, but they are really pricey.

I'd go with the dark vent shades with no bug deflector. Personally, I've always hated the bug deflectors since they sit there and collect things behind it thus promoting rust. I have never seen the point in them. I do love the vent shades though, you can get a little fresh air while its raining

I'm going with the in channel dark or smoked vent visors and I'm going to get a color matched bug shield. Will be a bit before I get it as I had a few house repairs drain the toy account.
Thanks for all the input! This Saturday while tearing around doing errands I saw another red ram 3rd gen sport with all chrome vent visors and bug shield. I didn't like the look of it at all and I'm so glad I didn't buy all the plastic chrome goodies.
