Default One more Mufflex question

I have an 09 RAM Crew and and not happy with the sound, I thought it would get a bit louder as time went on, anyway its exactly 2 years old and has 10K miles do you think the exhaust would be easy enough to get apart to put one of the mufflex muffers in? Worse case scenario a bit of heat? Would be cheaper to take it to a muffler shop and have them do it?

I'd take it to a shop. More than likely it's pretty stuck together with corrosion. You could be wrenching and cutting for hours...they can get it done in a half hour!

Take my advice if you choose I just did my truck one week ago today the mufflex is extremely over priced I bought a magnaflow universal muffler part# 14261 from they are located in Woodbridge Ontario. I took mine to a local muffler shop and had it installed for $ 100.00 my old exhaust came apart extremely easy in fact I saved the muffler
