Great, yet tragic and sad, story. I'm sure your dads proud of you, your admiration and hard work. Beautiful truck!! Love the originality of it. Do the lift. Get's you closer to heaven.

I've always liked modified vehicles. The more the better. However they so often don't end up asthetically looking as good as the factory conditions. They so often lose the clean lines and angles that the engineers developed, and even worse, often the mods just don't seem to match up. The end result is often a vehicle that looks like a bunch of random parts thrown together.

THAT BEING SAID, your truck is in every way the opposite of what I've just described. Your truck looks CLEAN and (this is the first time I've allowed myself to use this word for a vehicle) SEXY. Although it is incredibly unique, your truck looks like a special edition from an aftermarket tuner (think the ROUSH version of a mustang). This truck looks amazing...and I don't even like white vehicles. I'm sure this thing is turning heads, and I bet your dad is proud of the effort you've made to honor him in your own way. The next truck I buy might have to be the Ram 1500 E.L.D.44 Edition!

Ok, I'll stop drooling now.

Wow, thanks Micah. That's one hell of a compliment and funny you should say that. Some things stick out but what I was going for on the overall truck is something that a Chevy would look at and say "it's a factory or dealer option", but what a Ram guy would look at and say"holy hell! What is that?" lol. Too be honest I'm not real fond of white myself, but I didn't have a choice. I've grown to love it

Noticed those huh? I was the guinea pig for us 4th gen guys. I went down to AAC in New Orleans and had them custom fab a set for me. They have a prototype now so they might get a kit out to the rest of you guys. Go to their forum board and start a thread. The more people that request them the more likely the are to make the kit. Just remember who was first.

I do but it was at night with a cell phone. If you give me a day or two I'll take better ones...

Thanks for the support man. I definately miss the hell out of him, but he isn't suffering anymore. He was very rich where it counted. There were a ton of people who loved him. I look at it as I am blessed to call him dad, where all the others called him friend/coworker/etc...

I will be taking a better vid soon with less background noise and when I do I will do a full write up. I'll put a link to it on this thread. But until then let me say that I am very very pleased!

Thanks, I appreciate it. What do you think of your kappa speakers? My next mod is a full stereo upgrade. I'm laying off of performance since there isn't a tuner for the 11s yet. I was thinking kappa perfect 6.1 components in the doors, kappa 2 way 3.5 in the dash and a kappa perfect 10 under the seat with a custom box and all the goodies. I know they will sound a lot better than stock, but what do you think of your setup? Like it? Hate it? Worth the money? Thanks...
