Default Convertable rear faceing car seat

Anyone have a Bratax 70 installed?

I'm not looking forward to getting one of these in my backseat.

Thanks!

Fortunately mine are old enough not to need car seats. I've seen some of the photos here with them. I kept a vynil table cloth under mine years ago to protect the seats, it worked great.

How about using the link in my SIG to join our Red RAM social group and posting a few photos of your truck?

Got a Britax something or rather. Got to say dodge didn't think the whole car seat thing through at all. Most of us, who have child seats, install them behind the passenger seat which just happens to be where the largest section of the under seat storage is accessible. So I can only use a third of my under seat storage for the next 2 years!! Damn Kids!

really no where to hook it until they get big enough to flip it around...then there should be little hoops just behind the headrests. unless you want to run it under and hook it back to the other strap or just stow it.

I just stowed my tethering strap while I had the car seat rear facing. I don't see the need for a tethering strap while it's rear facing. It's just to keep the top of the car seat from potentially getting jerked forward in the event you have to jam on your brakes. If you have the base secured well enough, the top portion of the seat shouldn't lurch forward under any circumstances, again I'm only speaking of rear facing car seats. There is a tethering loop behind the head rest when your child gets old enough for a front facing car seat.
