Default Is my truck lifted? Need to replace rear shocks...

Hi everyone. I have a 97 Dodge Ram 1500 5.9L 4x4 Sport. The rear shocks are completely shot, and I'm going to replace them. The previous owner said it was lifted, but didn't say how much. Before I buy the shocks, I want to make sure there will be enough travel in them with my (possibly) lifted truck.
I think the rear is stock except for maybe an added leaf just above the bottom flat leaf....Block is right around 3". The front looks like it has a leveling kit, but who knows.
Any help or suggestions which rear shocks to get?

Ya looks as if the back is lifted very slighty, the bigger block comes stock on the truck, they added that very small block, so i'd go with shocks for the back that say 0-1" lift.

Measure that block back there....it will give you an idea of any additional travel length you'll need with the shocks.

My truck is the same in the rear, you look like you have a leveling kit in the front, check out my truck pictures. My body measures 18-1/2" right behind the front tires and 19-1/2" right in front of the rear tires...I think it is all factory on mine.
