Default Newbie from CA, need help with 33x12.5r17

Hello there, I'm new to this forum. i just Started today.
Okay well I ordered some 33x12.5r17 Mickey Thompson Baja Mud Terrain tires for my truck.
i didn't really pay attention, but the tires I have right now are Goodyear wrangler A/T tires, now the size of the tires are 265/70/17, which I'm a bit worried now because the 265mm is about 10.5 inches on the width. So i want to know if the new tires will fit on my old rims I have on my truck right now. (They aren't the stock alloy rims) Or am I going to have to re order the tires again?

I need your guy's help, and if you need more information or pictures please feel free to ask.

Thank you

Welcome to the forum. What width rim do you have now?

MT recommends a 10" wide rim but it looks like you can fit them to rims that range in size from 8.5" to 11.0"

Thank you MADDOG well the tire size now on them are 265/70/17
so i'm guessing the tire width is about 10.5 inches. The tires im getting are 33x12.5R17, so am i okay with the rims i have?

Toms Blue Ram, I think i gave 10.5 on the width of the rim cause of the tire size. so am I okay?

Stamped on embossed on the rims should be the size and width . I checked it on Mickey Thompsons website the rim specs that are required for those tires . 8.5-11 is the range .

Thank you BlueJet.
And Toms Blue Ram, the size are R17 and width is 10.5, so I'm okay with my rims then, correct? They're kinda old school rims, I'll post up a picture in a bit.
Also I saw some Pro Comp rims for sale on Craigslist and the size are, 17x9
would I be able to use my 33x12.50R17 Mickey Thompson tires that I'm going to get on these rims? Since you said the rim specs are from 8.5-11.
