Default School me on Tonneau Covers

Been looking at hard covers. Is there one out there that doesn't cover the stake pockets? Wht about keeping water out 100%? Tell me what you've got show pics if you have them. Thanks.

this brand is one of the best, shop around a bit for prices
you may even have a dealer near you
someone will be telling you which 1 of the 3 that they use

Depends if you want painted or not painted or if you want a hard cover or not. All depends. I personally really like the undercover bed covers. They are all black and a super sturdy plastic that has made it through texas summers and alaskan winters. My favorite for sure as you can ge them $700 brand new with two locks on them. Hope you find what your looking for.

I have the BakFlip F1 on mine. Since I have the Ramboxes, I can't answer your question about the stake pockets as I do not have them on my truck. Check out the link GTYankee sent in his message to see the various models they offer.

The BakFlip is a good cover and during a recent deluge of rain I would say it kept 99% of the water out. What little drippage did get through was only in the corners and would not have been a factor if I had cargo in there. Was not even enough to make the bottom wet.

I'm using a "Roll N Lock", But I have the ram Boxes, so I don't know about stake pockets, don't have any.... The cover keeps out 99.9% of water, a few drops sometimes get in in the car wash, but very very little.....Very convienent cover, made from vinyal covered aluminum, and it just rolls up out of your way as needed, nothing to remove or take off, or to carry in your truck bed...they are alittle pricey, check out their web site, there are other brands that look pretty good also that work the same way.....good hunting

I've got the Bakflip G2 and love it. The instructions are a little tough but it is great. Has channels to drain the water and lets you use the whole box of your truck. Doesn't cover the stake pockets either. Runs about $730 but will last forever. I'm glad I bought it.

I have a Retrax roll cover and I simply love it. It only lets a few drops of water in, even in heavy rains. I can lock it anywhere in its travel, fully open, fully closed, or anywhere in between. It slides open and close with ease. It does take up about 11" of bed at the front, but I'm still able to slide things underneath it. Check out their website for more info. It came in two boxes and it took my son and me about 1 hour to get it fully installed and aligned. Wasn't hard, just a little time consuming to get the final alignment right.
