Yes you can, but to me the back end looks funny plus the more bends and such you put in your exhaust is just robbing your performance IMO

What backpressure would you expect from this?

Since backpressure can be measured quite easily (O2 sensor test), we can easily test your theory.

If you have a manual transmission, you have to weld in an extension.

If your truck is '09+ these kits are even easier than the older ones. The fan shroud is a simple modification, which saves quite a bit of time.

They don't make a body lift kit yet for the 2010 and 2011's yet, they are still workin on it.

Yes, they do. Performance Accessories has had this kit out since 2009. You can get it as a stand-alone body lift, or you can get the body lift, leveling kit and gap guards as part of their Premium Lift System series.

I just got off the phone with them earlier and they said there was no body lift kit out for the 10-11. There is one out for the 09 and they are unsure if it fits on the 10-11's, its even on their website, the highest year is 2009.
Here is a link to their app guide: http://www.performanceaccessories.com/catalog/dodge.htm

Here's the confusion: The original poster has a 1500. The 1500 kit is current through 2011. I assume that you asked them about a 2500, since that's what is in your signature. To my knowledge, they do not yet have a kit for the 2010 2500.

Only thing that stopped me from doing a body lift was that you have to cut the tabs off for the stock bumper locations and such. Not sure if I wanted to commit to that lol.

You have to cut the front cross member brackets if you are going to do a suspension lift too though. No going back to stock without a welder either way.
