Topsub,

I'm not familiar with that head unit, maybe someone here will be, and will be kind enough to chime in.

Do we know if the factory rear camera uses a video signal or is it some mopar trickery?

I also have a spray in bedliner, Is that going to limit me on accessing the tailgate handle?

I think it is just a video signal, but I'm not sure. The bedliner won't be a problem, I have LineX. The stock camera includes a new handle, with the camera built in.

When I pulled my factory head unit I didn't see a video signal wire.

Wonder if there is module or I will have to buy another reverse camera

Here's a picture and text from the installation instructions. Not exactly crystal clear, but it may offer some guidance figuring out which wire(s) are the video feed.

52. Remove the white C3 connector from Radio (If Equipped). Some vehicles may have cavities 3,4, and 5, of the C3
connector populated remove existing terminals and proceed to next step.
53. Lift C3 terminal locking Tab, Insert Terminal as shown above. GY/LB into Cavity 3, GY/OR into cavity 4, Uninsulated
shield wire into Cavity 5. Relocate terminal locking tab. If Vehicle is not equipped with white C3 connector Populate
Connector supplied in kit.

I'm wonder if the wiring harness for the stock camera has an ACC power and ground i can use for my aftermarket camera.

Seems there isn't a way to use factory camera with aftermarket headunit.
