Question Lowering...suspension...brakes....

I have a 2005 dodge ram 1500 reg cab 2wd slt model. I am finally starting to upgrade and do things with it. So this thread has 3 serperate topis in it, take your pick on providing awesome info, lol. I have been researching these things below and just cant reach a decision. I see people buying the ground force, but what about Mcgaughys with after market shocks (I was thinking bilsteins ??? I see ground force is near $1000, but I feel that you can get a good lowering kit and after market shocks for about $7-800 maybe less. I am just looking for some options to lower about 2 in front and 4-5 rear. And maybe a little input on brakes.

LOWER KIT - EIBACH LOWERING PRO TRUCK SYSTEM 2866.540

SUSPENSION - Iam not sure off, I guess I am asking here if I lower it about 1.5 front and near 4 in the back do I need to swap out to better shocks like bilsteins ???

BRAKES - POWERSTOP BRAKE KIT (4 DISC/8 PADS)

Please offer up some opinions. Thank you VERY MUCH.

Eibach makes some good stuff. I've used their spring lowering systems on several rigs. Never had a problem.

If you do go lower you will need different shocks.

One comparable and good quality alternative is the Bell Tech kit. You might want to price that one as well.

Not sure on the PowerStop brakes. I've never used those. Stainless Steel Brake Corporation (SSBC) makes some good stuff.
