The dealership I went to did not. They say all it does is scares away future buyers and does nothing for them

Has anyone else that has had the update noticed if they labeled the underside of your hood with the TSB #?

They are supposed to post it there near the VECI label but my dealer didn't. Maybe I could get him to mail it to me?
Had mine done about 25 minutes ago - the dealer was oblivious to what I was talking about until I pulled up the good old ramforumz.com on my iPad and showed them the PDF.

Service Foreman was shocked to say the least as he initially dismissed my claim to be a Torque Converter problem... Bet he will think twice about dismissing customer complaints with a generic answer.

They did put the sticker on my hood as indicated in the TSB however it doesn't indicate the TSB number (see below) it has some other random code on it. On the invoice ($0.00 by the way) it does show the TSB number and work performed.

Sorry about the horrid quality pictures, my Blackberry without a flash sucks in cloudy weather.

Cheers,

Loth

Took mine back in yesterday, Dodge now has a torque converter kit to fix the 35 to 40 mph vibration. Mine is on order.

i have a 09 and whenever i go to make a turn some where and dont come t a complete stop it acts like its searching for a gear to go end and on some occassions i have even barked a tire cause it would slam into a lower gear. this cant be good on a transmission with less than 36000. also mine will not shift out of first before it hits the rev limiter. could all this be fixed with this update

I will post the results... A big thanks to this site. Without all the guys on here networking I doubt I would be to the point of having it fixed. I also have to say Twin City Dodge, Lafayette, IN. Has been great to work with.

Mine goes in tomorrow. Wife is droppingit off, so I will just put the TSB on the center console for them. Just a little help to them.

Do you have any additional details. Is there a bulletin to reference which vehicles are affected? What is the build date on your truck?

Thanks,
Loth

At this point it is a as needed fix. I don't know what the manufactures long term plan is but all I have is a copy of the service visit and a copy of the parts department order sheet with the number above written on it as the part ordered. The dealer said it was an email that directed them to purchase this item.
