i knew they did crankshafts but wouldnt that make the camshaft smaller than its sells as? or do they just regrind them to a different size cam?
They grind the cam smaller, but keep the same ratio, all the specs are the same, it is just smaller, you can regrind a cam over and over again (within reason) and keep the same lift/duration, then the actual size difference is made up in the valvetrain adjustment.

and people do sell used cams. I sold a cam I bought for my other truck when I went to a bigger one, it was somewhat difficult to sell though. What are the specs on yours?

That'd be a pretty good cam for the street, not too radical. You know you have well engineered cam when the exhaust vs. intake lifts and durations are that specifically different...they did their homework. Looks like you can go to 1.6 ratio rockers and pick up alot of extra valve lift as well. I'm surprised for a fairly mild cam it says the ecu needs flashed.

Ya sounds like a good cam wuts the lift. I have 1.7 roller rockers so i think it would be to much for my engine

From their site:

Sorry that got messed up but you can figure it out, the intake will have the smaller lift. I think 1.7 rockers would be up over .6" of lift, or close to it anyway, and probably couldn't run that, that is ALOT lol. Duration is more desirable for power.
