Oh don't worry, my cats aren't going anywhere lol. I just spent about $300 on them a while back. They're magnaflow hi-flow's. I'm running true duals right now, with turn downs off my 40's. The flowmasters are starting to wear out and sound too metallicy. Not for my tastes. I like Magnaflows the best.

Everyone has their own taste i liked my 40 just didnt have that throaty sound had more of a high pitch at heavy throttle magnaflow good just no where near the sound quality i wanted. The 10 did it for me. It was 10 or straight pipes

I really like how the 40 sounded when I first got it, but after a year or so it's gotten worn out I guess. I really like the deep mellow sound of magnaflows, but I like the loudness of the flowmasters. I can't find a happy medium lol.

Have you looked around? There is alot of diff mufflers out there alot of them sound good on our trucks. Buddy put a raven Muffler on his titan that sounds good. Cherry bomb extreme sounds good also. If i was you id hit up youtube and other forums looking for the right muffler for you with the right sound its what i did.

I've looked all over youtube, but there's not much for 5.9's that are good enough quality. My exhaust guy that I go to all the time is going to help me decide by clamping on different mufflers and letting me decide which one I like best. It'll probably be between glasspacks (just to try), flowmaster 10's, shorter magnaflows, cherry bomb extremes, and some super 44's.

Well that being said. Save the cherry bomb extreme and flowmaster super 10 for last they will be the loudest. Also the flowmaster and cherry bomb are almost identical. But the sound will vary.. check out my youtube channle with my flow 10 dodge2289 compared to amermuscle cherrybomb extreme. Almost same mods 2 different mufflers and 2 diff sounds

I will do that right now. I've heard Amermuscle's. It sounds brutal with cut-outs, but his muffler is way too raspy for my taste

For some reason that 10 series on your truck just sounds so good. Especially in that drive-by video. My 40 is loud, but it's just not deep, and sometimes it gets that weird slapping sound like it was straight piped. I'm definitely going to have to hook some of those up to hear them on my truck.

ya man.. my jaw dropped after i went from 40 to 10.. its exactly wut i been looking for in sound quality. i really think you will like it.. but if you want to minimise drown in the cab i would extend the pipes to the rear axle or out the back? mine is under the cab not even under the bed.. so my drone is alot but i dont mind i can still hear my radio over my exhaust even at cruising and hwy.. hwy is awsome you can never hear the exhaust over the wind.. with the 10 you will!! i love it.
