Look at a 4-5" turbo back exhaust, a high-ram intake elbow (the stock one will make you cry when you see the difference), a cold air intake (which won't do much admitedly but every bit helps), and lastly a programmer coupled with a quick change module. For Tuners on the 5.9L, I would recommend the Banks iQ with thier 6-shooter, a bully dog, or an Edge Juice with Attitude. Running any of those tuners with their optional on-the-fly selector will truly blow you away... and PS... don't run the crazy setting very often unless you plan to really beef up the engine; but the lower settings easily boost the engine by 100HP and 2-300 ft-lbs of torque.

You'll damage the pump if you run too high a pressure, but most programers aren't capable of turning up the pressure to a point where it'd damage the stock injectors due to the mechanical aspect of the pump itself. The only time I've heard of issues with pumps has been with the common rail since the fuel rails can handle an insane amount of pressure.

Anything that increases your hp by about 90-100 will put a real strain on your stock turbo and trans(if it's an automatic). If your going to rebuild your trans you might check out Goerend Trans. They are the best there is and their parts are bullet proof(although not cheap). Also don't forget a good set of gauges--Boost, EGT, trans temp and fuel pressure. Your Edge is a good choice.
