Default tranny problems

hello all,im having a little problem with my 2002 ram 2500 tranny,after the truck gets warmed up the tranny acts like it slips when you take off,its the only time it does it,it all started when i changed out the batteries and only does it on take off any ideas what this could be

Check your throttle linkage @ the injection pump area as one is for your transmission. Check the color of trans fluid - should be red & not black or smelled burned in any way. Could do the key on,off,on,off,on trick. Read the fault code from the odometer display. List is in this forum to decipher it. Could call a good tranny shop-see if they could hook you up to their laptop & give you a FREE diagnosis. An auto parts store may have the code reader but may not have the correct program to figure it out.
