Autozone has some. Check out Hayden and Flex-a-lite also, you can find them on Amazon. Here are the instructions I followed: Flex-a-lite fan instructions.pdf Wiring diagram is in there. We hooked into the radio fuse for a key-on signal, and the positive wire to the AC compressor so the fan turns on when the AC is on.

I would think they would come with instructions for their brand, but from what I know about how the fans work, you need to be able to get the fan to kick on when the radiator gets to temp, and when the AC is on. Email David(davidh@flex-a-lite.com), he is very helpful. Drove about 75miles, mostly freeway last night, the mileage display was consistently running from 17-20mpg(level ground, cruise on at 65mph). Also noticed that needed 200rmp less to run at that speed Haven't driven enough to get a paper and pencil number yet. Truck definitely feels lighter and peppier when accelerating.

by the way great set up. I have a question when you remove the fan clutch from the pulley do you do anything to the water pump pulley to prevent it from coming out since the clutch fan is not there?

The pulley is mated to the water pump, the new water pump came with the pulley. Not sure how it is secured. Fan clutch bolts to the fan. Got a road trip coming up(U-2 tickets on the floor in Miami) so I'll let you know how the mileage is on highway driving. I'm up at least 2MPG in the city so far.

Did yours come with a thermoswitch and if so where did you put it? The directions on mine told me to find a spot on the engine block or the manifold to screw it in but I see no such place.

My thermoswitch is a sensor placed through the fins of the radiator, close to the top hose. Just got back from Miami and the Keys- pretty solid 2mpg increase in MPG's on highway driving.
