Default Power outlet in dash.. where's the fuse!!?!?

I have a 2006 3500 Laramie. I have 2x power sources in the dash. The passenger side one is dead, and I cannot find a fuse blown... can someone help me?

Which fuse should it be??
Is there another inline fuse??
