Default A simple Turn Signal/Running Light Bulb

Ok, it's a 09 Ram 1/2 ton. How in the hell do you change the turn signal/running front bulb on this thing? I searched the internet to find nothing...thanks for the help. It's the front passenger side that's giving me a fit.

Have you gotten as far as getting the headlight case removed?

No I haven't. Does the grill have to come out to get to it? I know it's only 4 bolts because I replaced my grill with a color matched one.

Yes the grille has to come out, also, turn the wheels to the left, as there is a panel under the fender that you need to open to access a latch to release the light after you remove the bolts from the front. When feeling around for the latch, do so with a light touch so you don't move it one way or another. After you've found it I think, but don't remember correctly, that you have to push Down on the latch to get it to release, from top to bottom, I think....course it could be the other way around...

Thanks, the dealer would most likely soak me pretty good to do this. I had stopped by the dealer here and they acted like they hadn't changed one before...lmao...Buy a $40,000 plus truck and you can't even get a little free advise...go figure. Thanks again.

Yeah first thing I did when I bought mine in Jan was to change the dim headlight bulbs for some more powerful ones, and yeah I agree with ya 100% on the dropping 35K+ on a vehicle, I'd expect a little bit of out of the way customer service to go along with my arm and leg I gave up for it!!! Oh, good thing we have these forums huh?!!
