Default 5.9 Performance mods

I was wondering if anyone could help me out with some ideas for performance mods for my Ram. Im not rich by any means lol but would be able to spend some money. I already have a K&N intake and a magnaflow catback. So if anyone has any ideas let me know!

The stock intake manifold is called a keggar cuz of the size and shape it looks like 1/2 a keg hehe. Now the mod part of it is shortening the runners inside to gain more airflow. check this thread out.

A p&p is short for port and polish. On the tb mod the airhorns are shaved off ffor incresed airflow, and some bore out the whole unit to widen it from 48mm to 50, 52, mm
for less restriction.

Its funny to you huh. I do my mods my way and I think the mod thru prior to moddin and by me leaving the shaft in seemed to be more of a common sence issue rather then tearing up that pressed on bracket where the tension spring is loaded to I didnt have a machinist readily accessible. Plus It was just a quick cleaning i did enough by removing the butterflies and I was sidetracking to dam much with that TB my focus was on porting my heads. Now do you understand why I nick my shaft?

when ever i get the money to spring for a drimmel and a bunch of bits thats a big will do... if not i will just send it off and have hi-potek do it idk yet... they actualy bore it out with a CNC and put in larger blades and put a knife edge on them so you actualy get a larger bore and blades to compensate for that and its bored where both holes are the same size so you dont have more airflow on one side than the other
