Question Chrystler Modifications?

What could this mean? I edited it on photoshop so the writing could be read easier.

I can't read much of the writing but if you dont have much luck I would chase after the dealer code, contact them and try to see if they have some kind of record

I would think it would be a reflash to the computer due to TSB or an update.
You can prob' call or visit a local dealership to verify what it is and if any additional TSB are flagged to be updated on your vehicle.

It's some form of Rapid Response Bulletin or TSB work that they performed. You can ask the dealer service writer to pull up the info by VIN or by the identifier on the sticker.

I stopped by a Chrysler dealership and they said it was because of a flash update.

Takes less time to just answer the customer's question than have an attitude about it but I'd be curious as to what update too.
