Default Oil Entering the Radiator System

Exhausting all the resources (knowledge) available before changing the engine. In another post, I ended up replacing the heads (02, 3.7L) because water was getting in the oil and the truck ran awesome for about a month. Now, the radiator (reservoir) had more oil than water in it. I checked the oil level and there wasn't any sign of oil on the dipstick, however, I guess there was enough to maintain proper oil pressure. Anywho, I flushed the radiator and serviced the motor with oil. The oil is slowly making its way into the radiator again. The truck runs good now but if I continue to drive it, I will need to flush the radiator again and then on a regular interval. Any thoughts on what can be causing this to happen? I was told there is a crack in the block somewhere and because the oil pressure is higher then the water pressure, block sealant will not work.

could be a crack in the block between a oil channel and a coolant channel

That is my thoughts as well also (somewhere in block). I am clueless as to where else it (oil)could be coming from because if the system is not under pressure, one would expect water to enter the oil system but that is not the case now.

a leak down test might be able to tell you where your leak could be... have you noticed a loss of coolant... maby a cracked cylinder wall

Yeah, the coolant is going somewhere. My first thoughts were the oil system but the oil doesn't have water in it. And the motor idle and run pretty smooth

do you notice anyleakage or white resadue on the engine or coolant lines or radiator...

try a radiator pressure test and see if it holds pressure...

you can use a combustion test that showes if combustion gasses are entering your coolant system

Thanks for the suggested troubleshooting tips. There isn't any white residue on the engine, coolant or raditor. However, inside the radiator lines does have white substance (oil). I flushed the system and used blue devil as directed to seal any and all cracks within the block and so far, I think it is working. I still have some oil residue in the resevior but I am thinking it is coming the hoses and radiator. Hopefully, this cured the problem and if not, I will probably end up getting another engine with the block/head upgrade for the oil passage and overheating problems the 3.7L engines are having.
